I have been working in the helping profession for nearly 15 years with experience as a Mental Health Counselor, Group Facilitator, Community Worker, Coach, and Practitioner. I hold a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
I have helped many clients address inner blocks when facing a variety of life challenges such as grief, traumatic memories, breakups, body image, career goals, relocation, starting a business, and making changes to their health.
